Practising in your home environment will allow you to feel safe and confident, enabling you to further progress with your practice – whether you are new to Yoga, or wish to improve on your current ability.

If you live in the W4 area, I can offer you yoga, meditation and relaxation classes which are tailored to meet your own specific needs, providing classes for you individually or as a small group of friends in your home.
