Healthy Happy Human is currently only offering 1-2-1 classes.
Working one-to-one will allow me to meet your needs and preferences at a pace which is comfortable for you.
Practising in your home environment will allow you to feel safe and confident, enabling you to further progress with your practice – whether you are new to Yoga, or wish to improve on your current ability.
If you live in Surrey or Middlesex, I can offer you yoga, meditation and relaxation classes which are tailored to meet your own specific needs and provide classes for you individually or as a small group of friends in your home.
I also provide guided mindfulness meditation and Yoga Nidra either on their own or as part of your 1-2-1.
